The products are: The Sleep-Aid Tonic: This is a "tonic" that acts as an "anchor" in your system that makes it easier to get to sleep. This is NOT a "natural" sleep aid. There is no scientific proof that this helps your sleep, it is just a claim made by a company that makes no claims about the product. Sleep Aid Tonic: This is a "delayed" sleep aid that "holds you up" in your sleep for the full 30 min or so. This product is a bit more expensive than the other products on this list. The Sleep-Aid Tonic can only be used if you are already awake.
